  8. Yes. Many of our zodiac mugs, t-shirts, and posters can be customised with names, dates, or messages to create a one-of-a-kind gift.

  9. Where do you ship?

  10. We ship worldwide through trusted print partners. Delivery times vary by region — please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

  11. How long does shipping take?

  12. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:
    - UK & EU: 5–7 business days
    - USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
    - Rest of the World: 10–12 business days

  13. What payment methods do you accept?

  14. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  15. What is your return policy?

  16. Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, colour, or change of mind.
    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  17. Can I cancel or change my order?

  18. You have 24 hours after purchase to request changes (size, spelling, colour, address). After this, your order enters production and cannot be modified.

  20. Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

  21. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

  22. Yes. Please contact us for wholesale pricing on bulk orders.

  24. No, we are an online-only boutique.
