Horses don't care who we were yesterday.
They don't care what we look like, what we've achieved, how much money we have, or what went wrong today.
They know us as we are.
For so many women, the yard is the place where the noise of life disappears. It's where we breathe, think, laugh, cry, ride and simply exist.
This song is about that relationship.
About the horse that stays.
About the things we leave behind in the saddle.
And about the broken pieces they quietly carry for us.

Why I wrote this song
I wrote “In Her World” for the woman who spends so much of her life taking care of everyone else that she sometimes forgets that she matters too.
It’s about stepping away from the noise of the world and finding something beautiful in the ordinary, a quiet morning, animals waiting by the door, muddy hands, a cup of tea, a garden, a child, a little home and the people and creatures who love you simply because you are you.
There is no great achievement she has to prove.
No applause she needs to earn.
No perfect life she needs to create.
She is already enough.
And I wanted the song to remind women that a small life isn't an insignificant life.
Sometimes the life that looks ordinary from the outside is actually the one filled with the most love.
