1.1. When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
1.2. An order confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs once payment is processed and your order enters production.
1.3. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, form the entire agreement between us.

2. Products & Specifications

2.1. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly.
2.2. All products are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

3. Price & Payment

3.1. Prices are displayed on our website and include VAT where applicable.
3.2. Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods listed on our site. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen method.
3.3. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.

4. Delivery

4.1. We aim to deliver products promptly, but delivery times vary by region. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
4.2. Risk in the products passes to you once delivered to the address provided. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

5.1. Because all items are custom-made to your order, cancellations and returns are limited.
5.2. You may make adjustments to your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes are not guaranteed.
